Never Too Late
Epilogue: About the year 450 AD. a man by the name of Christopher De'vine had two sons. The oldest was Vampairre and the younger was Lykon, Christopher experimented on his slaves until he got a formula correct. On his oldest he used a formula that had bat tendencies and on his youngest he used wolf tendencies. The boys offspring’s suffered for years. But like nature they adapt. By the 1700 the Vamps were slowly able to deal with sunlight. The Lykens were able to change at will. They fought a lot as well. At the beginning they got along. But misunderstanding has strain their relationship. Now today in 2007 the two groups are separated. They tolerate with each other existence. They do not mix and they do not interfere with each others affairs.
Chapter 1:Vamp
Tyleya woke up from partying the night before. She had a slight headache. She looked at the ceiling, seeing dust particles through the sunlight. Tyleya turned over, exhausted. The alarm went off. Her eyes looked over annoyed. She took a deep breath and sat up. She leaned over to turn the Alarm off. She stood up and stretched her body. She was a medium brown skinned. Tyleya was curvy. You couldn't call her slim. Thick would be a better description. But not chunky. She had long brown hair and untraditional Green eyes. The Vamps eyes are mostly Blue. Tyleya walked to the window and closed the shades. The sun sorta hurt her skin. She was a Vamp of the Vendega house. In fact she carried not just the house name because she was a daughter of the leader in the house.
You see, Your name could be “John Smith” But if you belong to a house/clan you would go by, John Smith Vendega. Showing you owe loyalties to the family even though your not blood. Now The Vendega was a joint house with the Malfess Family. But since the leader of the Malfess clan, just passed on they are waiting until the daughter, Adora was of sufficient age to take over. Right not her cousin Grady is holding the position until she is ready. Tyleya was in the same position in a way. But her father isn’t dead. But when he does she will probably be chosen. But Tyleya’s fraternal twin sister Amalia was trying to fight this.
Tyleya got her clothes on. Though the sun wasn’t that bad. being in it too long hurt. Sunblock helped a lot. Tyleya put some on her body. Then she headed out her room.
House Vendega and Malfess wasn’t a house. It was a mansion. It had 200 large bedrooms and plans for expansion. Many shared rooms together. Tyleya was fortunate to have her own. She walked down the great staircase. She saw a few Vamps walking and chatting as well. When they saw her their blue eyes glowed and they bowed their head slightly in respect for who she was. There were over 300 people living there. There were also cottages around the estate.
Tyleya walked down to the main room. "Hey Ty." Adora said, from the couch. She was Tyleya' s best friend. Adora and Tyleya was the same age born the same day. Adora had a slim figure. She was curvy, and had a seductive demeanor. But she in a second knew how to turn on authority. Her eyes were also untraditional. They were violet and Almond shape. "Hey. Have you seen dad?" Tyleya asked.
Gregory Vendega and his wife Cecilia were the leaders of the house. They and Grady, Adora's cousin, made many decisions about the house. The name Vendega is formidable. The name has held power for ages.
"In a meeting. I suggest you don't interrupt. But your mom said something about going the market. Wear extra sunblock." Adora said, getting up. "The cook needs a special spice. So we are going. Besides..." Adora said quietly, "Humans are interesting to me. I'll even drive." Tyleya smirked. Adora had a sick fascination with humans. She even played with some once...or twice, not that anyone was counting. "Alright." Tyleya said as she followed Adora. They both walked out of the house and to Adora's car. A convertible made by a foreign dealer that no one knew about. It was black and the licenses plates said: 2good4U. Tyleya got opened the door and got in. Adora turned on the ignition and sped off.
"Your sister is a slick one. She would be in good graces if she spread her legs to the son in the Reich family. Your father told her not to. Your defiantly the heir, " Adora said. "It don't matter to me really." Tyleya said. Her relationship with her sister as of late were not best. Amalia had a seething hatred for Tyleya. Of the two Tyleya was clearly the beautiful one. Not that Amalia wasn't. Her attitude was stuck up and obnoxious. She tried so hard to get attention and because of her position she got the attention. But Tyleya was the favorite of everyone. Tyleya was very down to earth and kind. Perfect for the position of a leader. Amalia was a fool. She would bring shame on the name Vendega.
Adora was driving ridiculously fast. The world blurred by. The leaves orange and red and green. Tyleya was immersing herself into the colors and smells and lighting. "There is this Human," Adora broke into her thoughts, "He is so cute. His name is Aleck. He has brown hair. Mesmerizing brown eyes like pools of chocolate. He might be at the market." Tyleya smiled slightly. "They will want me to mate with a Vamp." Tyleya said. Adora turned and looked at Tyleya. "I heard who you are planned to be matched with. There are two candidates. But i wont tell you." Adora said sing-songly. Tyleya's face screwed up. "Who Dori?!" Tyleya asked. "Well, there is a Vamp from Russia. Your father is against it. Then there is a young man by the name Xian Shi. Of the Shi House. He is famous. He in fact is coming here to the Toronto. He will be here in a matter of weeks." Adora said. "So soon. I wasn't even told this." Tyleya said quietly. "At least you will be ruler in your own right. Your dad is skeptical about this though. Your mom wants you to marry. But your dad want you to hold power on your own. So he is going to let Xian Shi to come visit." Adora finished. Adora slowed down and parked. Tyleya and Adora got out of the car. The market was old style like back in the 1800's. But they had some good spices.
Tyleya was in a daze. After what Adora said about everything, she didn't know what to do.
Chapter 2:Wolf
Brandon walked through market with his friend Aleck. Brandon was flexing as he walked. He was about 5'10 and had chocolate eyes. Brandon's skin was like brown sugar. He was muscular and built. He had a slight scar on his face. Brandon had a smile that stopped girls in there tracks. That why he didn't smile much at all. In his clan he was a Beta wolf. Many knew that very soon he would promoted to Alpha wolf. Especially with the leader of his clan, Gavin, was about to die.
Brandon was walking next to his best friend Aleck. Aleck was a beta as well. He was 6ft, with pale skin. Also he had brown hair and brown eyes as well. Sometimes when her was trying to impress a girl he would change his eyes color to amber.
"Aleck. Why did you bring me here?" Brandon asked. "Cuz. There is this girl. Her name is Adora. She is so sexy. Her long hair. Her eyes are Violet. I wanted you to meet her. She's been on my mind for weeks." Aleck said. "What about Melanie?" Brandon asked. "That slut. I use her for head and nothing else. Besides she's a Omega. We only use them for head." Aleck said. "You know that the law is you need a bitch to mate with." Brandon said as he looked at the what the sellers were selling. "I can play with her can't i?" Aleck said flashing a smile.
They both walked for about 20 minutes until Aleck said, "Hey there she is?" Brandon looked and saw an attractive woman standing there looking at the jewelry. They walked up to her. She looked up. Her eyes were violet. "Adora, this is my friend Brandon." Aleck said as he grabbed her waist. She smiled into Aleck's face. She then looked a Brandon and said, "Hi Brandon. I'm Adora. My cousin is over there. Go meet her." she said. Then her and Aleck walked off.
Brandon thought she was cute but her smell was off. She didn't smell human. He was weirded out but let it go. He looked and saw a young woman with long hair. But her back was toward him. He had nothing else to do. He walked up to her. She was looking at spices. "The market is crowded today." he said to start conversation. "Mhmm." she said. She was looking down at the spices so her hair covered her face. He moved next to her to see what she was examining. Then he said, "My name is Brandon." She extended her hand but kept her head down looking at the spices, "Tyleya." she said. He took it. She pulled away, but he wouldn't let her hand go. She lifted her head in exasperation. "Lookie here!" she said loudly. She looked at him. "I am trying to find the right spice." He literally had to drink her in. She was beautiful. She looked annoyed which made her even more beautiful. Her eyes green. Her lips were full. "I apologize. I might be able to help. I know a little about spices." he said, smiling. She looked at him with annoyance. Right there is Rosemary which gives a nice robust taste. Then there is my favorite, Garlic." he said. "I hate garlic. I'll take the rosemary. Thank, uhh, what was your name?" she asked. Brandon was taken aback. When he smiled woman do anything. This one wasn't normal woman. Now that he thought of it, she didn't smell right either. He sniffed. Unconscientiously he got closes to her face and sniffed her clothes. She reached out and slapped him. "I don't know you like that!" she yelled. He jerked back shocked. That was another new thing. He never been slapped. He looked at her. He saw the defiance in her face. As annoyed as he was her face was so cute like that. He held his face. She hit hard. He started laughing. She walked off. He was half tempted to follow. But he let her go. He didn't want to scare her.
Aleck strolled up with a goofy grin. "What do you think of her cousin?" he asked. Brandon looked as those hips swayed. "Amusing. Thats the only way to describe her."
Chapter 3: Vamp
Tyleya walked off. "That man had nerve. Sniffing me." she exclaimed. Adora walked toward her. "You find what you were looking for." she asked. "Yeah..lets go." Tyleya answered. "What did you think of Brandon?" Adora asked. "He is creepy. He sniffed me. Like a dog." Tyleya said. They got to the car. "He is cute though." Adora said. Tyleya ignored her.
They sped back to the house. "You didn't spread you legs to that human?" Tyleya asked. Adora looked annoyed. "Why would i do that? When i turn 400 and become leader i might." she said. "I...really like him." Adora said. "He doesn't know what you are. And when you get in your moods you might suck him dry." Tyleya commented. "With him i don't feel the need to." Adora justified.
They got back to the house. Tyleya as soon as she got in produced the Rosemary to the cooks in the kitchen. After that Virgil her father's "gofer" came and said her father wanted to see her. Tyleya followed Virgil to her fathers office. When she got in she saw her father, mother, Grady, Adora and Amalia. Amalia had the same stature as Tyleya. But her hair was shorter to her shoulders and she had a haughty look. She dressed to attract attention. Her eyes were blue like most Vamps. Todays she had on a extremely short skirt, a midriff, and stilettos. Gregory was a older man that was pale, with white hair. Though he was 800 years old he was still strong. Cecilia was a dark skinned woman with long red hair. She was beautiful. Even her beauty outshines her daughters. Grady had the same almond shaped eyes like Adora. His hair was curly. His eyes were unique shade of bluish gray. His skin was tanned. He was a man ready to smile. Unlike most Vamps.
"Nice of you to join us." Gregory said. He looked at the papers in front of him. "I called you all here because you are the future of this House. I have decided a decision that i was pondering on for years. We all know that Malfess house will be run by Adora when she either becomes of age or when we feel she's ready. Vendega house has been very hard to decide because of having two children. So it has been agreed by Grady, Cecilia and myself that Amalia will marry Xian Shi and go back to Shi with him. Tyleya will stay and lead Vendega house. Before you say anything Amalia, you are younger...by a few minutes that Tyleya. Also you are not fit to rule. Thats just the truth of the matter. Take it or leave it." Gregory finished. "Xian will be here within the week with his entourage. He will stay a month and leave married to Amalia." Cecilia said. Tyleya stoled a look at Amalia. She looked so angry. It spoiled her looks. "You may leave unless Grady has anything to say. Grady smiled his silly smile. "The only way Malfess will stay with Vendega house is if Tyleya leads. That was the will of Ryo, Adora's father and my uncle." he said. "Why not me?!" Amalia asked angry. Gregory stood up. "YOU DISOBEYED ME! I GAVE YOU A DIRECT ORDER TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT MAN. HIS FAMILY IS OUR ENEMY." He yelled. Amalia fell to her knees in pain. He must have used telepathy as well in her mind. "This meeting is over." Cecilia said. Tyleya and Adora walked out. Amalia stumbled out as well.
Adora looked over at Amalia, who was on the ground collecting herself. "You're an idiot. Don't you know not to argue with Gregory. He always wins. Consider yourself lucky he didn't kill you when you went and made a complete fool of yourself sleeping with that boy." Adora commented. Amalia picked herself up and glared at Adora. "At least i haven't sullied myself with humans. Thats what you do isn't it Adora." Amalia retorted. Adora smiled. "Maybe...but as long as they don't assume I'm a hooker, its all good. Wait they assume you are don't they. Do not pretend you haven't played with a human." Adora Finished. then she walked away. That left Tyleya and Amalia. "I will lead this clan Tyleya. I wont leave with Xian Shi. You will be at my knees. Bowing to me." Amalia seethed. Tyleya, quick as lightening, ran and caught Amalia by the neck and squeezed. Amalia was hanging that even her stilettos where off the ground. "Remember this Amalia. I have the power and the right to kill you since i was made heir. Do not give me a reason." she said calmly. "You are my sister and i love you though you hate me. But do not take my love and kindness for weakness." Tyleya bared her fangs. Then she through Amalia across the room. Amalia slammed into the wall with the painting of there grandmother. Then she slid down to the floor. Tyleya walked away.
Just then Grady walked out of the office and saw, Amalia on the floor. "Oooh That must have hurt." he said loudly, then he looked ahead and saw Tyleya walking away. "Tyleya!" he yelled.
Chapter 4: wolf
Aleck and Brandon walked through the market. Aleck was flirting with the different girls he saw. He couldn't help himself. That was how he was. "Brandon. Really though. What did you think of Adora." he asked his friend. Brandon shrugged. "I didn't see much of her. You grabbed her." Aleck laughed. "But she and her friend smelled a little off. Not human." Brandon said.
They walked until they got to Brandon's car. Brandon unlocked the door and they both got in. Brandon blasted the radio so he could think without Aleck talking to him. He couldn't get that girl out of his mind. Tyleya. He let the name roll off his mind. But he had to find out why she didn't smell human. She looked human. She sounded human. Something about her that was familiar that he hadn't felt for years.
"What Brandon? I know that look. That constipated look when you thinking to hard when you drive. And makes you almost crash the car." Brandon looked up and saw they were on the other side of the double line with a semi coming fast toward them. Aleck reached over and made the car go on the correct side of the line. Aleck gave a sarcastic smirk at Brandon. "My bad man. Just...nothing." Brandon said, dismissively. He drove on until they got to a 13 story building in the middle of the city. Brandon drove around the back and went to the underground garage. He pushed a button above him and the garage door opened. He drove on in and parked. He and Aleck got out of the car and headed to the elevator. Aleck pushed 1 and they went up. The doors opened and they walked through.
There were many Betas and Thetas reclining. Some were watch television. Some were pleasuring themselves, Some were pleasuring each other. Thats how wolves were.
Brandon saw his sister. She was older than he. Junai was the alpha female wolf because she was mate to Gavin the leader now. But when he dies she will hold her position until Brandon chooses his mate. She was a Beautiful woman, with a wise face. She was 400 years younger than Gavin so she still had some youth in her. When she talked she seemed to be a naive little girl. But she had a wealth of wisdom
Brandon walked over to her. She noticed his face and headed to her office where he followed her. After he came in she closed her door. "What is it Brandon?" she asked as she walked around to her desk. Junai was the coordinator for rooming & decorations, She did a lot of the paperwork, paid many of the bills, and kept the women in line.
"I met this girl," Brandon begun. Junai stopped him. "Look you can't mate with humans. They don't understand anything..." Brandon stopped her this time. "I met this girl. But she didn't smell human." he finished. Junai's eyebrows went up. "What did she smell like?" Junai asked. Brandon sat back in his chair to remember her. All he could see what her eyes, and angry face. "I can't describe." he answered. Junai looked at her brother. "A long time ago. Before Gavin. I met a man who i was in love with. He was my true love. But there was a problem. He wasn't one of us." Brandon's eyes widened. "What was he?" he asked. "A Vamp. Our cousins. The ones we do not talk to or have dealings with. I don't understand why but its the law. Our Father was furious at me. She might be a Vamp as well." Brandon was puzzled. "I thought Death Dealers were legend." Junai shook her head. "They are real. We never see them but they are there. There are many of them as well. This is why the government tolerate us. Imagine if the wolf and Vamp Population went against humans."
Brandon stood up and walked out, after thanking his sister. Junai sat there after Brandon left. She wondered if Michael, her former lover, was still alive.
Brandon walked into the main room. Aleck ran toward him. "There is this party. We have to go. The bitches will be off the hook." Aleck said. Before Brandon could answer, Charles, who was Gavin's right hand man, came up to Brandon and whispered in his ear. Brandon ran to the elevator and he signaled Junai and Aleck to get on with him. Everyone in the pack look toward Brandon. They had an idea of what was going to happen...if it hadn't happen already.
Chapter 5: Vamp
"Tyleya!" Grady called again. Tyleya stopped and turned around. Grady ran toward her. "Your cousin Michael has planned to visit us." Tyleya's face screwed up. "I can't stand him. He annoys me." she said resigned. "Yeah me too. But he is coming with Xian so we have to make some room here and we are still working on expanding. With different Houses falling apart, we need to expand because they all seem to want to join us. Also there is this party you have to go to. The point is so people who matter can meet the heir of Vendega. You and Adora have to go. But There will be humans there, and whatever else that was invited. Just be careful." he said. Tyleya nodded. "You need to clear 20 rooms so that Xian and his group can stay comfortably. We have made some newly built cottages and homes around the estate so those who are volunteered can stay in those newly built houses." Grady suggested. "Thats fine." Tyleya said. "One more thing. You need a bodyguard tonight." he said. "No. No bodyguard. I can handle myself." Tyleya said. "I know you can but i must suggest you take one with you. There wont just be Vamps at this particular party. There will be human and probably even weres. This is why Michael is not the heir. Because he took to a wolf. To this day he is disgraced. We just don't mix.. But the thing is, because we are cousin you can never tell who is were and who is human, sometimes even Vamps. And don't worry i will have this conversation with my dear cousin Dori. If you mess up your father may not forgive you. I rather you rule than your sister but if you mess up he might not have a choice in the matter. Think of the chaos. Your sister is reckless. She is a silly stupid little girl who only thinks of herself. Just think about it." Grady said.
Tyleya walked on to the housekeepers office. "Rika. We need 20 people to vacate there room." Tyleya said. Rika looked up. She was smoking a long pipe, writing some notes. "Tyleya!" Rika said in an annoyed voice. "How am i gonna get 20 people to Vacate there rooms. I got people requesting rooms. What am i suppose to do!" she asked. Tyleya looked into the ceiling. "Amalia's mate to be and his entourage will need those rooms." Rika looked at Tyleya and in a quiet little voice said, "I'll have those rooms by tonight." she said. Tyleya rolled her eyes. If that was all it took she would have said that in the first place.
She walked out the room and walked through the halls aimlessly. She finally found her room. Tyleya closed the door and sat at her desk looking out the window. She saw a couple running together and kissing. Tyleya had no idea what that was like. For some dumb reason her thoughts went to that guy at the market. Brandon. She smiled at how she slapped him. Tyleya then shook herself up and made that leave her mind.
Suddenly she heard a bang on the door. She sat up and noticed she fell asleep in her chair. She stood up and walked to the door. "Tyleya! Its time to go. We have to go and show you off. Show who will lead House Vendega." Adora said. Tyleya nodded. "You can't wear that."
Chapter 6: Wolf
Brandon, Junai, and Aleck got on the elevator. Junai pushed 13. They were silent all the way up. He held Junai's hand while they were going up. The elevator seemed to go extremely slow. Finally they got to the 13 floor. The doors opened and they walked out. The smell in the air was stall. There were men standing outside the main door. Brandon walked up. "Brandon," the oldest one said, "Gavin is almost gone. He named you his successor." Everyone looked at Brandon. "Brandon." Charles said coming from Gavin's room, "He wants to see you." Brandon looked at Junai and Aleck. Then he went in the room. The room was dark with candles near the man's bed. He slowly walked to Gavin's bed and saw a dying man. Gavin hadn't been in public for months. Brandon saw why. He had a illness that had him twisted up.
"Brandon.." Rasped the old man. Brandon walked up to the bedside. "My lord." he said humble. Gavin's eyes were almost white. "Brandon. I have named you my heir because i don't trust the consul. I also know you will take this pack where i want going by the ideals i wanted it to go by, namely, Peace with the outside world. I wanted to go so far as to reach out to our brothers, the Vampires. But the consul was against me." he started coughing. Brandon held his hand. Gavin when he was well was like an older brother or even an uncle. "Brandon. You are strong and you will keep us together. Please tell my Mate, Your sister, Junai that i want her to move on. I know i will when i cross over. Tell them i do not want to be disturbed until tomorrow morning. I will be gone by then." Gavin finished. Brandon bowed to Gavin. "Goodbye.....brother." Brandon said. He then blew out the candle and walked through the room and went out the door.
Everyone ran to Brandon. "What did he said?" asked the men on the consul. "He said do not disturb him until tomorrow morning and that he named me his successor." Brandon said. One, Zack asked. "So who do you name ask your right hand man?" Junai's eyes flashed toward him. "My mate isn't dead yet. I would show respect." she said sharply. Zack looked at Junai. "Like you didn't want this to happen. We know all about your love with..." before he finished Aleck, started choking him. "She is still alpha wolf." he said calmly. "I would watch what I'd say to her." Zack nodded vigorously. Aleck then put him down. "I make no decisions now. Gavin want me to go out. I will do as he asks." Brandon said. "Whoooooooo! Let's get laid!" Aleck said excitedly. as he coaxed Brandon with him. Brandon stopped and looked at his sister. He went up to her. "He said, Move on." Brandon said silently. Junai's eyes were brimming with tears. But she smiled to show him she was ok. "Go have fun." she mouthed. He kissed her cheek and got on the elevator.
Chapter 7: Vamp
Adora always had the situation under control. She was on top of everything, especially when it came to her friend Tyleya. Tyleya was her best friend but she was so uptight about everything. She need to relax. How many woman are privileged to be leading there House. Not many. Adora went and helped Tyleya with an outfit. Tyleya was so prim with her clothing that Adora had to make adjustments. Finally Tyleya looked very cute with the black halter top, black skirt with the fishnet stockings, 6 inch heels, and gold accessory's.
"Come on Tyleya." Adora said as she put her arm around the arm of her friend. They walked down the grand staircase, and was about to walk out the door when Grady blocked them. "Move aside Frady Grady," Adora said jokingly. Grady smiled and then said seriously, "Your bodyguards are in the limo. REMEMBER, don't do anything that would disgrace us." he said. Adora rolled her eyes. "Worry wart." she said to him. Tyleya looked indifferent. She always looked that way.
Finally after some more scolding from Grady he let them go. Tyleya and Adora left the house and went to the limo. Two burly Vamps were in there already. "Get in the from and ride with the driver," Adora said. They looked at each other and got out and sat in the front with the driver, while Adora and Tyleya got in the back.
The ride there was silent. For some reason Tyleya wasn't talking. Adora ignored this and figured when they got to the party she would loosen up.
They got there and got out of the limo. The Trance music was blazing out the door. Tyleya and Adora walked in arm and arm into the warehouse where the party was held. The bouncer saw then and let them in. But not there bodyguards. Adora looked back and smiled big at the bodyguards.
Inside it was sorta dark. Tyleya left Adora to tell the DJ to play something else. Adora looked around for a victim. She saw a woman who was a blond. She was attractive. "Too many blonds in the world. Adora started dancing with her The girl didn't seem bothered. The woman seemed to be lesbian because she started kissing Adora. Adora didn't like it but she played along. They found each others tongue and did a major assault on each other. The girl started to feel up on Adora. Finally they stopped kissing. Adora's fangs grew. She then hugged her and bit deeply in her neck. The girl seemed scared and tried to get Adora to let go but the music being loud and with others busy doing there own thing no one noticed that Adora was sucking her dry. Finally the girl stopped struggling and fell to the ground. Adora sighed and walked away.
The music changed to Hip-Hop and Adora knew Tyleya got the DJ to change the music.
Tyleya was sitting at the bar. Most of the important Vamps in different house kissed her hand as a sign of acceptance of her position as heir of the Vendega house. Grady's advice went through her mind. She tried to distinguish between Vamps and Humans. There was no difference unless you see the fangs."Well, Well, Well, If it isn't my cousin." someone said from behind her. She turned and saw. "Michael, what are you doing here?" she asked annoyed. "Well i wanted to see the heir of House Vendega. I also am here to welcome Xian Shi who will be here tomorrow. He unfortunately was under the impression that you was his mate. Now that he knows its Amalia he wants an explanation." Michael explained. He was about 5'8 and Tyleya's skin tone. He was annoying because he would say big words and try to be intellectual when he wasn't all that smart. "Well i must be making my way through. Don't get in trouble. There are weres here Tyleya. Be careful." he said walking off.
Tyleya watched him off. She rolled her eyes. "Annoying." She got up and started dancing.

Chapter 8:Wolf
Brandon walked into the party with Aleck. Its was not his style but Aleck said it was the place to be tonight. Brandon looked around and noticed some wolves in his pack there.
"Aight man, I'm off." Aleck said. Aleck then disappeared into the crowd. Brandon shrugged and started to walk to a bar. He spotted Adora kissing a girl. "She is freaky as hell." Brandon commented. He sat down at the bar getting sick off the trance music going. But suddenly the music changed to Hip-Hop. "Yeah...." he said lowly as he nodded his head to the beat. "Hey Brandon." a voice said from behind. He looked and saw it was Mila, a Beta wolf in his pack. "Oh...hi." he said flatly. "Wanna dance?" she asked. He looked at her. She was a pretty woman but not his type. "No. Not really no." he said. She shrugged. "Suit yourself." she said
Brandon was about to order a drink when in the corner of his eye, he saw her. Tyleya. He tried to hide his excitement, which ended when he saw her talking to some guy. He started to get angry until he saw how she was speaking to him. Business-like. The guy looked like he could have been related to her. Brandon sat back and watched her. She got up and started dancing. He got up and went into the crowd watching her. Then Brandon noticed a guy was trying to grind on her. She didn't look to happy about that. Finally she stopped and said something to him. The guy got upset and hit her. Brandon was angry. He ran through the crowd and punch the guy in his face. "I had it." Tyleya said to him. He turned around and smiled. "I'm sure you did." he said. She looked shocked he was there. "No man has the right to hit a woman." Brandon said. He then started dancing.
She looked as if she didn't know what to do. Stay and dance or get upset and walk off. The man who was talking to Tyleya earlier ran toward them. "Tyleya you ok?" he asked. "Yeah I'm fine Mike. Brandon took care of it." she said. Mike looked at Brandon. He looked a little puzzled. "Do I know you?" he asked. "I've never met you. But I'm Brandon." Brandon said. Brandon noted that Michael had blueish gray eyes. Michael nodded. "This is my cousin. We probably should leave Tyleya." Michael said. "Yeah probably should." Tyleya said. Brandon shrugged and said, "I'll see you around. Call me." He handed her a card and lean over and kissed her cheek. She looked shocked again. Even in this light her face was red. "Ok." she croaked. Michael didn't seem to catch it. From his view it looked like he whispered something in her ear. Tyleya walked away. Michael followed, but not before saying, "Tell Junai, i said, Hello."
Chapter 9: Vamp
Tyleya walked through to the exit. As she did different men from her House started to surround her and escorted her toward the exit. Adora was ushered to the exit as well. Tyleya was in a daze. He kissed her. She and Adora was escorted out the building and into the limo. They got in and and saw Grady looking disappointed. Mike got in after then as well. Adora rolled her eyes when she saw Grady. "Don't roll your eyes Adora." Grady said seriously. The limo started roll. "You ditched you bodyguards. You go in with out protection. You sucked a girl dry. And some guy licked your snatch, Adora." he turned to Tyleya, "You get saved by a human. I'm really disappointed in both of you." Grady said resigned. "Give them a break Grads." Mike said, "Remember when we were young. These girls aren't even 100 yet. When we were in our 20's we were doing way worst." Grady turned to Mike, "Yes but we weren't in line to lead our Houses either." he replied harshly.
The ride home was long and quiet. Michael was on his cell phone. "OK you will be here tomorrow at 10am. Tyleya will give you the grand tour and you will meet Amalia later in the day." Mike said. Tyleya looked at Mike. "What did you just volunteer me for?" she asked. Mike smiled, which always made Tyleya cringed. "You will be giving Xian Shi the tour of the house." Tyleya nodded. "Adora you obviously have too much time on your hands so you will be learning the business aspect of running the House. I spoiled you far to long." Grady said still upset.
Finally they pulled into the drive way of the House. They all got out and walked in. Tyleya headed for her room. She walked in and turned on the light. "Quite a display Tyleya," Amalia said. Tyleya looked up and saw Amalia was standing up on the ceiling like gravity was the other way around. "Get out." Tyleya said. Amalia jumped to the floor. "I'm leaving." she said smiling. She then left.
Tyleya closed and locked her door. She leaned against the door and took out the card Brandon gave her. It had his number on it along with his business which looked like a expensive restaurant's called, "The Soul." Tyleya took out her phone dialing the number. She put the phone to her ear. "Hello." the voice on the other side said. She quickly hung up. Her heart was pounding.

Tyleya woke up at 8:30. Her cell phone was going off. She groggily picked up. "Tyleya speaking." she said. "Why did you hang up?" Came from the other end. Tyleya sat up quickly. "Uhh....Why did you kiss me?" she asked. "Well, after being hit on that side of your face i thought kissing your face would help." Brandon said. Tyleya was holding her face. "Oh." Tyleya said. "Uhh...i gotta go." she said quickly. She hung up.
She got up and showered. Then she put on a black shirt and black capri's that tied into a knot at the end. She combed her hair and braided it to the side. She looked at the clock and saw it was 9:30. She left her room, and headed toward Rika's office. Rika looked up. "Tyleya i got those rooms. Xian Shi will be completely satisfied." she said. Tyleya forgot that Rika is originally from the Shi House. She mated into the Vendega House. Tyleya looked at the rooms chosen on the computer that Rika had in front of her. They were on the shadier side of the house. The cherry blossoms bloomed on that side. "I like your choice of the house." Tyleya said. Skye walked in and politely said. "Tyleya, Xian Shi and his entourage are here." Tyleya looked at her watch. The she took a deep breath and walked out the room. She decided since she was on the 1st floor she wanted to make an entrance, so she used the back staircase and walked to the grand staircase. Before she walked into view she observed Xian Shi. "Wow." she said to herself. He was very attractive. His hair rested on his shoulders. He had a black trench coat on and he had a cane in his hand. His eyes looked very serious. But when his companion said something to him he smiled. He had a nice smile. It lit up his face. Tyleya walked into view and walked down the staircase. She walked comfortably. She looked at them all and said, "Welcome to House Vendega and Malfess." Most of his companions smiled and bowed. Then she said, "I am Tyleya Vendega. I will be giving you all the grand tour. At 12 pm we will eat lunch that the cook made, i believe it will be Fillet of fish cooked in butter as the main course, and she will make a chocolate torte for dessert. And all of you will be able to meet Gregory Vendega and Grady Malfess, along with Amalia Vendega." she finish. Xian walked toward Tyleya and took her hand and kissed it. "I am Xian Shi of the Shi House," he said in a crisp voice with a hint of an accent, "This is my brother Feng." he nodded to a man who looked a lot like him. "We would be delighted to have a tour." he said. Tyleya liked him right away. But then she felt sorry he had to be matched with a creature who didn't deserve him.
Chapter 10:Wolf
Junai was in her room crying knowing that the man next door was dying or dead. She went through and cleaned the 13th floor. She got ready for his death. After sprucing up she sat on the couch outside his room to see if he needed anything. Junai fell asleep waiting for her mate to pass.
Her cell phone rang. She looked and saw it was late. She picked her phone. "Junai speaking." she said briskly. "Who is Michael?" Brandon said on the other end. Junai's heart stopped and then jumped. "Michael?" she asked, her voice croaked. "Yeah i was at the party and a guy name Michael told me to tell you hi. I was trying to see if you knew him." Brandon said. Junai thought fast. "There are many Michael's Gavin knew. Maybe this one knew he was dying or something." Brandon was silent. "OK i know your lying but I'll let it go." he said. He then hung up. "Michael...." she said silently. He was exiled to China after there affair. She didn't really know he was a Vamp until they had sex and he bit her. She looked through her phone. His number was still there. Dare she call? No, she said harshly. Not until Gavin passes. I will be completely faithful to him, she said to herself.

Brandon smiled as he saw Tyleya leave. "Welp thats my cue." he said to himself. He headed for the door. He looked for Aleck. He saw him coming to the door looking disappointed. "What?" Brandon asked. "Adora's cousin made her go home. That girl tastes good. I have to have her again." he commented. Brandon raised his eyebrow but didn't say anything. They headed out the door. They headed to the car. Aleck had drove this time. Brandon sat in the passenger seat thinking. "What Brandon?" Aleck asked. "I saw her, Tyleya. I kissed her. She looked very shocked. I think she's a virgin." Brandon said. "Those are the best man. Poppin the cherry." Aleck said. "Man, you nasty." Brandon said. They made it back to the den.
Brandon walked in and saw everyone looking kinda nervous. They must know that Gavin is about to be on the other side. Mila came up to him and said, "Is Junai alright?" Brandon was so frustrated he told her to follow him. She obeyed. He went to the 12th floor to his apartment. "Come on." he growled. She looked slightly nervous. "Should i go to your bedroom?" she asked slyly. "You're not worthy of my bedroom. The table is fine." he said locking the door. She walked up to him to kiss him. He pushed her away and turned her around. She was wearing a skirt and no panties so it was easy access. He bent her over the table and unzipped his pants. He then forced himself in her. She screamed loudly. It was the biggest she ever had. He went fast. So fasted he couldn't control his inner wolf. As he drove in her he started to change. Though Mila was in front of him his eyes were closed and he tried to think of anyone but Mila. Tyleya creped into his thoughts. He started to become gentle to Mila. She stopped screaming and started moaning. He opened his eyes and saw it wasn't Tyleya but Mila. "Bite me Brandon!" she begged. He pulled out and let his seed spill out. She moaned sadly. "You will never be my mate. Get out of here. I'm done with you." he said. He left the room and went into the shower. He felt hopeless. He wanted Tyleya. He figured that out. But he had a feeling she was unattainable. He showered for one long hour. Then he toweled off and went to bed. His cell phone went off. He looked at the number and didn't recognize it. He picked up. "Hello?" he said in a tired voice. The phone clicked and whoever was on the other side hung up. He was about to call back and threaten the caller's life. He then figured it could have been Tyleya. He smiled and fell asleep.
Brandon was woken up by Junai. "He's gone." she said calmly. He got up and put some pants on and walked out his apartment. He and Junai went to the 13th floor. Brandon saw that many of the Beta's were there as well as the Consul. They saw him and bowed. He walked to Gavin's room. He saw the black sheet over his face. Brandon walked out and said, "We will weep for our leader and friend Gavin for 3 days. After that this Clan will no longer be The Shia Clan. It will be The Luciun Clan." He then left the 13th floor. He went back to the 12th floor. He went to his apartment. He went back to his room and saw his cell phone. He smiled and picked it up and dialed the number that called. It rang four times and then in a groggy voice someone said, "Tyleya speaking." he smiled, "Why did you hang up?"
Chapter 11: Vamp
Tyleya showed Xian Shi the main room where the entertainment was. Then she showed him Rika's office and let him and Rika get reacquainted again. She showed him how they were trying to expand the building and how the House was growing everyday. Tyleya let them see how the House was run. She went to Grady's office and saw Adora laboring over papers. She looked like she was, enjoying her work. "This is Adora Malfess, Heir to the Malfess House." Tyleya said. Xian smiled at Adora. Adora smiled back and looked at Tyleya and in their own secret facial language said, "Ohh he's cute." Tyleya smiled and moved one. She then showed them there apartments and rooms and said she would be back at 11:45 to bring them to the dining room, for lunch.
Tyleya left them and walked to her father's office. As soon as she walked her mother asked. "Tyleya what do you think of him?" Tyleya smiled and said, "He's very nice and polite. I think this might be a very good political match. But frankly Amalia doesn't deserve him." Gregory looked up and said, "No one deserves her either. She's off doing something she has no business doing. I hope he can control her." he sighed.

Michael went to his uncles office. "Ahh Michael. How China does you well?" Cecelia said as she hugged him. Michael smiled. "Auntie you look better ever time i see you." he said. "Flattery gets you everywhere." she said smiling. Gregory was still over some paper work. "Uncle." Michael said. "What?" Gregory said with sharpness in his voice. "How have you been?" Michael asked. "Not well." he gruffed. Michael walked to the desk. "Aren't you gonna look at me?" Michael asked. Gregory looked up and examined him and looked back at his work. "You look well." he said. He walked over and kissed his uncle on the forehead. Gregory wiped his forehead. "You gave me cooties." he said in a flat voice. Then he got up and hugged his nephew. "I missed ya, ya bastard!" Gregory yelled.

Xian Shi loved the House. It was a western style with touches of Asian. He settled in the room he was given. "Xian. What do you think?" Feng asked. Xian pushed his hair of his face. "Very charming. Its quiet too. Very organized." Feng settled on the couch in his room. "Tyleya. Such an unusual and sweet name. What do you think of her?" Xian sat down at the desk in the room and started writing a letter home. "I believe Feng, I've been cheated."

Tyleya escorted Xian Shi and his Brother to the dining room. Everyone was present except Amalia. "Tyleya, where is your sister." Cecilia asked. "Your guess is as good as mines." They sat and waited. Gregory getting angrier and angrier by the moment. Tyleya was sitting by Xian. "I apologize for her tardiness." she said. "Not at all. I get to get more acquainted with my sister. Your eyes are extraordinary. Green. I've only heard or few people with green eyes. And your friend Adora has violet colored eyes. Very unusual. I could stare at your's for hours." he said. He flashed a wide smile. Though his smile was dazzling and made her blush slightly, Brandon's smile messed her up completely. She smiled back and looked at her plate.
Finally Amalia strolled in with one of her crack-whore outfits. Tyleya put her face in her hand, she couldn't believe she would wear that. Tyleya looked at her mother. Her mother looked very upset. Amalia sat down across from Xian. "Oh...hi." she said uninterested. Adora was trying to suppress her laughter until Grady looked at her and raised his eyebrow. "This is my fool of a daughter Amalia." Cecelia said. Xian Shi nodded and the food was served.
Chapter 12: Wolf
Junai started moving her room to the 12 floor. She would be switching rooms with Brandon. Everyone gave there condolences. She kept a strong face in front of all of them. She packed most of her things. She kept looking at her cell phone. She wanted to call Michael but she knew it wasn't the smartest idea. She left her room and got on the elevator. She went to the main 1st floor basement where the garage was. She got into the Lamborghini and took off. She had to drive fast to get out of the haze she was in. She felt guilty to because her mate just died and shes thinking about another person.

Aleck was helping with the preparations for burying Gavin. In his mind he was thinking about Adora. She made him feel, like a person. It wasn't just that she was incredibly sexy. She listened to him. He saw Mila walk by. She turned and smiled. "Oh god." he said under his breath. "I'm sorry for everything Brandon." she said. "I'm sure you are." he replied. She put her hands on her hips. "Why don't you like me Brandon?" she asked, "I can be everything you need and want. You almost bit me yesterday. You know deep inside you want me." she said. Brandon looked at her like she had nine eyes. "Mila i wasn't thinking about you last night. It was about me. Even though I'm alpha now, you were screwed by a beta." He walked away from her.
Chapter 13: Vamp
Lunch was embarrassing and long. But it finally ended. Amalia got up and left not before flirting with the server. Everyone got up and headed to Gregory's office. "Well," Michael stated when they all got in there, "At least the food was good. Asia still cooks?" he asked. Cecilia nodded. Tyleya was about to leave when Xian said, "Miss Tyleya what i have to say involves you as well. Tyleya jump and sat on the bookcase in the corner. She traditionally sat on it when there was a meeting. "I first should say, your House is charming. After a long trip it is nice to be richly accommodated."he paused and looked at his brother. He nodded. "I feel tricked and cheated. I was told that i would be mating with Miss Tyleya. This was stated long ago. When i learned that the plans were changed i got on the fastest plane here. Your daughter Amalia is...there are no words that i can think of that describes her. All the ones i think of are not very kind. Its even more difficult when i meet Miss Tyleya who is kind and then i meet Amalia who isn't kind." he stated. Gregory nodded and said, "I only have two children. Two girls. One smarter than the other. For the sake of the House i cannot let Amalia lead. Tyleya is the heir. I know and understand your disappointment but my deal with your father was one of my girls. Probably the oldest. I didn't promise the oldest. I'm sorry its this way." Feng spoke up, "We were under the impression that Miss Tyleya would be going back to China with us." Tyleya couldn't contain herself. She jumped off the bookcase. "I was never told any of this. Why wasn't i aware?" she asked. "You are now." Cecilia said. "Not good enough." Tyleya retorted. "I will accept this match until i find something that might suit me better. I am a man of my word, though i feel that you are not." he said bluntly to Gregory. Gregory didn't like that but he let it go. Xian walked toward Tyleya, "I wish i could have mated with you. I would have shown you the world, and given you anything and everything you ever wanted." he said. He was only foot away from her. He took her hand and kissed it. "I will be taking my dinner in my rooms, if you please." he said. He then walked toward the door and out the room and Feng bowed and followed him.

Xian was furious. "They can't do this to me!" he said as he walked the halls. Suddenly Amalia appeared. He stopped and looked at her. She and Tyleya looked alike but different at the same time. He nodded his head to her and walked on. "I will not mate with you." she said defiantly. Xian stopped in this stride. He turned around and walked toward her, until he was practically in her face. "If i could get out of this i would. But since you and I are stuck together, you will do as i say, when i say. I don't want you, but since I don't seem to have a choice in the matter, you will stop acting like a fool and be an adult." he said. He used his powers to lifted her up without touching her. She looked afraid. "Are we clear?" he asked. She nodded her head. "Good." he said. He snapped his fingers and she fell on the floor. He looked at her on the ground. "Get use to looking up at me." he said. Then he walked away.

Micheal walked out the office and headed outside. He had tried for so long but he had to call her to see if she even cared. He got in his Ford Explorer and took out his phone. He dialed her number. He caught her voice mail. "umm...Junai. I was just in town and i thought about you. I saw your brother. He didn't remember me. He seem to have a thing for my cousin. I guess this mixing runs in the family. Well call me back when you get a chance. I hope your ok. I still....love you. Always will....Oh..haha..this is Michael." He finished. He sat there are took a deep breath. Suddenly his phone rang...

Tyleya walked out the room and went to her room. She pulled out her phone. She saw she had a voice mail. She listened to it and smiled. He was amusing. She called him back. "Brandon speaking." he said. "Hey umm. I had some out of town guest and thats why I was...uhh." she began. "Tyleya you don't have to explain anything. Wanna do something tonight?" she thought about it. "I might be busy but I'll get back with you on that." she said. "Alright. Call me." he said. "I will." she said. Then she hung up.
Chapter 14: Wolf
Junai saw she missed a call. She pulled into the park area. She listened to her voice mail. She almost dropped her phone. It was Michael. Even after all these years he was lost for words. She called him back. "Hello?" he said shyly. "I have to see you," Junai said. "Where?" he asked, She looked at her surroundings. "Lenox Park." she said shaking. Then quietly she said, "You have to find me."

Aleck was frustrated. He wanted to see Adora badly. He looked around Gavin's room to see if everything was cleansed. He went over to Gavin's body. He examined Gavin's face. He noticed on the side of his neck he had 3 incisions. "What the hell?" he said silently. He kept looking. Then he came to the conclusion that Gavin was poisoned all these months. But by who? Junai wouldn't do that to Gavin. Brandon wouldn't either. It must have been someone on the consul. Aleck walked out the room unsuspectingly.
He got on the elevator and went to his floor. He headed for his room and saw Melanie in front of his room. "What do you want?" he asked. "I miss you Aleck." she said. He pushed her aside and walked into his room more frustrated that he was before.
Aleck sat there knowing Melanie was right outside. Before Adora he would hit it and Quit it. But now he didn't want her. His mind that is. His other mind had other ideas. He picked up the phone. "Adora please pick up." he said while the phone rang. She picked up. "Adora i need to see you." He said slightly desperate. He laughed, This wasn't like him at all. "Some how tonight I'll meet you." she said.

You want the position of Alpha. Even he can see that. Obviously he is either gay, or some other girl has his eye right now. So you will have to trick him. You bitches do it so well." Zack said, harshly. "And you don't want something out of it. If the pack splits you would be in the right position to lead the other pack, if I am Brandon is my mate." Mila yelled. Zack's eyes flashed her way. "I love it when you get angry. I wont like too much another man touching you the way i do." he said. Mila took a step back. "That was a mistake. A huge mistake." Mila said silently. Zack stood up and took a step toward her. "You weren't complaining." he said lowly. "Zack stay away from me. You forced me." Mila said putting more distance between her and her brother. "You can't force the willing and as desperate as you were then you were willing. You were so pathetic. You wanted to know so bad how it felt to be fucked. I was willing to show you. And from that day even when Brandon had fucked the few times he did, you know you were thinking about me. Just when he thought she wasn't going to call, his phone rang. "Brandon speaking." he said. "Brandon. Where do you want to meet?" she said on the other end. His heart jumped "At Starbucks. I could pick you up." he offered. "No i'll drive there. Meet you in 30." she said.

Chapter 15: Vamp
Michael sped off in his truck to the park. He was aching to see her. He hadn't seen her in 200 years. Her eyes and her smile he remembered. He thought about the day they were torn apart. Her tears was the last thing he saw. He finally pulled into Lenox Park. They use to do a game of hide and seek here, since the park was so big. Michael got out his truck and looked around the park. He saw a Lamborghini. Junai was always with the best He walked through the park. "Junai," he called. He walked on. He then jumped nimbly on a branch of a tree. He looked around the park. His eyes were focused. Finally he spotted a wolf. A beautiful white wolf, in the distance running. He ran on the tree tops after it. Finally he caught up with it. He happened to get right behind it and jumped to the ground. Suddenly she stopped. He creped behind her and wrapped his arms around it. "Found you." he whispered in her ear. She changed slowly back to her human form. As she did he still kept his arms around her. She was naked. He felt her shiver. He picked her up and took her to a dark quiet part of the park. It started to rain. He took her to a little cave that not many knew about. He remembered Adora talking about it. When they got the her held Junai for awhile. "I missed you," Michael said not letting go. He finally pulled away and looked at her. She looked the same except, "Who bit you Junai?" he asked. "Gavin. My mate. He died yesterday. Tyleya pulled up in the Starbucks parking lot. Tyleya and Adora got out the car after Tyleya parked the car. "Aleck will be here too." she said smiling. Tyleya and Adora walked inside. Though Vamps control there hunger much better and could go for months without feeding, there were times when they had to feed. Most Vamps would use a drug called, Inixode. This drug made the body make more blood cells. Some did the old fashion feeding off humans. Tyleya needed the drug.
She felt someone kiss her cheek. She knew instantly it was Brandon. "Hey. You look tired." he said to her as he sat next to her. She smiled when she saw him. "So i think we got off on the wrong start. So let's start again. Hi. My name is Brandon." he said grinning. "Hi. I'm Tyleya." Tyleya said.

Micheal woke up and saw that the rain stopped. He looked over and saw Junai sleeping peacefully. He kissed her neck. As he did he noticed she was smiling. "It stopped raining." he said to her. Chapter 16: Wolf
Brandon pulled into the Starbucks. He looked in through the window. and saw Tyleya with her head on the table.
"She must be exhausted or something." he said to himself. "She looks tired." Someone said behind him. Brandon looked back and saw Aleck. "You following me?" Brandon asked to his friend."Adora called me to meet her here." Aleck said. With a manly pat on the back Aleck said, "Let's go in." Brandon went in.
There was no one there. Only the workers and Tyleya. Brandon quietly walked behind her and leaned down to kiss her cheek. Her eyes fluttered and she woke up. "Hey. You look tired. So I think we got off to a wrong start. Lets start over. Hi. I'm Brandon." he said smiling. Tyleya smiled at back him. This was the first time he ever saw her smile. His heart started to hurt a little. "Hi. I'm Tyleya." she said. "Well. We got that out of the way, You thirsty?" he asked. "No." she said. "Hey how about we walk around the area?" he suggested. "OK." she said. She stood up. Brandon looked at Aleck and said, "We are gonna take a walk." he said. Aleck nodded but kept his eyes on Adora.
Tyleya and Brandon walked out and walked by the stores. "So your cousin seems to know my sister." Brandon said. Tyleya smiled. "I guess its a small world." she said. He could tell she was tired. "Did you work hard today?" he asked. She nodded. "Just trying to keep guest happy." she stated. "I understand." he said. "so Brandon what do you do?" she asked. Brandon mumbled a little. "I manage the restaurant. The Soul." he said quickly which wasn't a lie. "What about you?" he asked. Tyleya stuttered, "Uhh,,,I am a..office manager." she said. Which sorta wasn't a lie as well. She started to shiver. Not from being cold but from not having sufficient blood. "Are you cold?" he asked. "A little." she said. He put his arm around her. "What is your favorite flower?" he asked. Tyleya laughed. "Blood Red Iris'. They are extremely rare. I love the smell though. Why do you ask?" she asked. Brandon smiled and tighten his arm around her. Tyleya saw a garage bin in front of her. With her supernatural force she kicked the bin. It flew toward Mila who was about 30ft away. The bin smacked right into Mila's head. Mila fell and all the garbage in the bin fell out...on top of her. Mila got up and was mad. But Tyleya was running her way. Tyleya ran toward her and kicked her. Mila stumbled back toward a building. She was about to change but Tyleya didn't give her chance. Tyleya ran toward her and jumped on her knee, then her waist,then her shoulder, and while she was in the air she kicked her hard in her face. Mila spun and fell knocked out. Brandon stood there shocked. He was thinking, "Did she just Matrix her?" Tyleya looked at him. "Don't call me." she said. "Wait..." Brandon said. But she kept walking.

She got up and went to the bathroom.
Aleck got up and went outside to wait for her. He looked up the street and saw Brandon and Tyleya and Mila. "Oh shit." Aleck said. He then saw Tyleya walk away. "Thats smart" Aleck thought. Tyleya stopped, and turned around. "No Tyleya." Aleck said. He just knew Mila was gonna kill her. Suddenly she kicked the garbage bin. It wasn't a little one either. Aleck almost peed his pants. He watched the whole fight. He then saw Tyleya walk away. Adora walked out. "Hey what did i miss?" she asked. Tyleya was walking by them. "I'm going home.Goodnight Aleck" she said. "What happened?" Adora asked. Tyleya kept walking. Adora turned to Aleck. "I'll call you." she said she then kissed him. He put his arms around her. Then reluctantly he let go. She stopped kissing him and looked at him. He put his hand in hers. They stared at each other. She started to pull away but they kept holding hands until the last possible moment. Then he let go. Junai ran from Michael. She had to get home. The traditional lighting of the candle by the mate was tonight. It was only 10pm and it started at 12am. But she had to shower, badly. Chapter 17: Vamp

They got back to the house and Tyleya went straight to her room. Brandon kept calling her. Tyleya finally turned her phone off. She decided to go down to the kitchen to get something to snack on. It was late so the cooks weren't on duty so she went to the cabinet and got a granola bar. She felt so weak with not having to take a feeding. She was out of Inixode, and she knew the house was out as well. She closed the cabinet door and saw Xian standing there watching her. "Oh...you startled me." she said. "You stayed out late. You must be tired." Xian commented. "Yes." Tyleya said. She took a step and almost fell. Xian caught her. He looked at her. "You haven't feed in awhile have you?" he asked. She shook her head and everything went to black.

Mila woke up about 20 minutes after Tyleya broke her foot off her. She got up and stumbled down the street trying to remember what happened. Then it became clear. Some little human kicked her butt. Chapter 19: Vamp

I couldn't let her die." he confessed. Adora shook her head. "We all get a dose every nine months. She should be fine." Grady spoke up. "Adora go talk to Tyleya. Aleck listen as Junai explained about Vamps. He didn't learn much about them until now. Then, Junai said, "Gavin wanted to bridge the gap between Us and Them." Aleck jumped. Zack picked his sister up and took her to his room. She was crying alot. "Thats what you get for crossing Junai." he said coldly. He opened the door and closed behind him. "No Zack." she said sadly. "Let me make you feel better Mila." he said gently. "No. Stop." she said and got up to leave. She headed for the for the door. Zack beat her to it. "Zack no." she said again. He reached out to hold her. He kissed her like she was the only woman for him. She she hesitatingly kissed him back. He picked her up and headed to his bedroom and shut the door.

Desi was in her office. She was reading.some reports on Gavin's body. "This isn't right." she said. She looked at the X-rays and the Toxic screen it was all wrong. Or it might be right. If it was somebody poisoned him. Suddenly her phone rang. "Desi Shia speaking." she said. "Hey Des. It been a long time." the voice said on the other side. Desi looked around and saw she was alone. "Kevin." she said, "What can i do for you?" she asked.
Chapter 21: Vamp
Kevin walked down the hall. This was the first time in 9 months he was called. Everyone was usually in good health. But now the Princess of the house Tyleya was sick. He had got out of medical school years ago, but he kept up with the times as far as technology was concerned. Kevin lived a carefree life. This was strange being summoned and at this hour of the night. He finally got to her room. Michael and Grady were standing outside. "What's the trouble?" he looked and Michael. "You might want to shower her off." Michael grimaced and hurried to his room. Grady walked to Kevin and whispered, "Two problems. If you let this get out i will make sure you are castrated Tyleya...uhh...never had sex before." Kevin was shocked. 15 is the normal year for most vamps. Tyleya was Two hundred and ten. "Ok...." Kevin said. "She wasn't raped but she was out of control when she did lose it. Thats not quite the point. Her blood is low. And Adora is complaining of the same thing," Grady finished. Kevin nodded. Grady walked to Tyleya's room and walked in. Then he signaled for Kevin to walk in. Kevin walked in. Tyleya was sitting on the bed looking weak. She definitely was deficient with blood. But why? Adora was standing nearby. She looked like she was ok. But he could tell she feed as in sucked someone dry and not used pills to feed. Kevin pulled out his stethoscope. He sat down by Tyleya and put it on her heart. Her heart was slow. "This makes no sense." he said. He stood up and walked toward Adora and put it on her heart. Her heartbeat was slow too. then he went up to Grady and listen to his heart. He was fine. "There heartbeat is slow. Has there been any change in there diet." Grady shook his head. Tyleya said, "No." Adora was thinking. "We brought Rosemary to the cook yesterday." she said. Kevin's eyebrows raised. "Thank you i will tell you what i think later. Grady will you walk with me."

Grady walked with Kevin outside. "Kevin what is it?" Grady asked. "This is highly unusual. People who are lactose intolerant don't drink milk. If this just started to happen, from the rosemary...." Grady looked at Kevin. "What!" he cried. "Some wolves are allergic to rosemary. It make there blood gets low and they get sick and then within time they get better. But if that happen to one of us it makes us sick and could result in death. Tyleya and Adora within time will take the pills every 3 months to every month to every week to everyday till they just died. Rosemary cannot be flushed out the system. It can only be extracted by a certain formula of spices." Kevin concluded, "Well can you do it?" Grady asked. "....No. I cannot. I have an idea. But you and Gregory will not like it at all." Kevin said. "What is it?" Grady asked, more nervous than he was. Kevin sighed. "Grady you might wanna sit down." Grady sat down. Michael came back too. "Sit Michael you might wanna hear this too." Kevin said. Michael sat. "You cousin is suffering from Anemia. As i just told Grady, she and Adora could die unless they get a serum of spices and medicine. The think is gentlemen, this disease doesn't happen to us. If it does it's because somewhere in the line there is wolf in the blood. Tyleya and Adora are suffering from the same thing. Speaking of which." he stopped himself. He walked over to Michael and listened to his heart. Slower than most. "Michael probably has this but he seems to be immune and his body seems to be working against it. It could explain his infatuation with Wolves. We have to check Gregory's line and Cecilia's. Also Ryo and Aymie. Somewhere there is wolf in both lines. Don't look disgusted, Grady. We are all humans. I have an old colleague. Her name is Desi. She is wolf. But she is the only one who can help me with this serum. She also has a bigger lab. We need to go through the proper channel's to do this." Kevin finished. "Is there any other way?" Grady inquired. "No." Kevin said, resolutely. Grady sighed and scratched his head. "I'll talk to Gregory about this tomorrow." Kevin looked seriously. "We need to do this soon or they will die sooner."

The next day everyone was called to the conference room. Gregory, Cecilia, Michael, Tyleya, Adora, Xian, Feng, Grady, Kristi, and Amalia were waiting for Kevin to come. First i think Xian has something to say." Xian stood up and looked at Tyleya. He felt so bad. She was frowning which made it worst. "Miss Tyleya. I apologize for last night. Though my intentions were good, it hurt you in the process." he said. "Wait. What happened?" Cecilia asked. Xian took a deep breath. "Last night Miss Tyleya's blood was low and i believe it still is. I offered her to feed from me. She did. One thing led to another." he said looking down. Amalia stood up. "She always does this. She takes everything from me!" she yelled. "Shut up!" Grady yelled from the other side of the room. "I have had it up to here with your bull. You didnt want him in the first place. And the gross disrespect you showed to him when he came. No wonder he favored your sister over you. What is done is done. So sit the f*** down and shut the f*** up." He was breathing hard. Kristi placed her hand on Grady's to calm him down. Amalia sat down. "I have to ask again will you give me your oldest daughter." Xian said. Gregory fingers massaged his temples. "I cannot. She must rule this house." Gregory said. "What about this? If she comes with me and stay until you pass away. When you do she can come back and rule." Xian negotiated. Kevin jumped in. "She wont be alive if we don't discuss the issue at hand. Tyleya and Adora are dying. There blood count are both low. I checked both there blood and rosemary seems to be the cause. "But i though some wolf were allergic to Rosemary." Xian said. Kevin looked at him and raises his eyebrow. "Gregory and Cecilia, needs to be tested for wolf blood. I already got Adora's results. Her father had a has the wolf blood. We are related to our wolf brothers." Cecilia asked, "What is the cure?" Grady spoke up. "Tyleya Adora and Michael needs to go to a Wolf Den to get tested and get the cure." Xian and Gregory stood up and said, "Absolutely not!" Kristi asked, "What choice do we have? Would you rather them die?" Gregory said, "We will debate on this later." "WE HAVE NO TIME!" Kevin said slamming his fist on the desk. "I give Tyleya 2 weeks to live. Xian in a way saved her because his blood gave her another week. This disease has escalated. I give Adora 4 week. I have a colleague who is wolf who can help me find the cure. She has a lab there. She only needs the word and we can go. She said that the new leader is a kind man who wants to open communication with us anyway." Kevin turned and looked at Gregory. "This is your daughters life." Gregory sat down and though. "Very well. Michael, Adora, Tyleya will go with you." Grady said, "My friend Drew can go to. And...i believe Amalia would be good to go." "I am not going in a dogs den." she yelled. Cecilia eyes flashed to Amalia. Amalia quiet down. "You will go. And if you make a fool of us i will kill you myself." Cecilia said.

Kevin left the meeting when it was over and went to his office. He called Desi yesterday and he wanted to make sure of everything. He picked up his phone and called today. "Desi. When can we come?" he asked.
Chapter 22: Wolf
Desi got on the elevator. She need to talk to Brandon. She pushed 13. IF Brandon approved, this would be a step forward for Vamps and Wolves alike. Desi adjusted her glasses. She was a slim young women. She had dark brown hair, and brown eyes. The elevator door opened and she walked through. She walked to Brandon's office. She knocked. Aleck answered. "Sorry hun. We are in the middle of a meeting. Come back later." he said. "This is extremely important." Desi said. "Thats nice. Come back later." he said again. He started to close the door. Desi put her foot in the door. "This is extremely important. Its about Gavin and its about another matter." she explained. Aleck looked at her hard. "Ok. Come in." he said popening the door. She walked in. She saw that Brandon was sitting at his desk and Junai was sitting on the chair. To Desi and many others looking in from the outside, Brandon and Junai had a strange relationship. They always defended each other. Most of the wolves weren't close like that. Usually after they mate, that was it. There mate was all i their world. Junai always had time for Brandon when he was younger.
"Doc. What can I do for you?" Brandon asked. "Gavin was poisoned by a substance called, batrachotoxin which in small dose isn't too harmful. But in huge doses can be very harmful. Its from a dart frog of South America. I saw mixture of rosemary. Gavin is allergic to it. Which brings me to my next piece of news." she took a deep breath. "A colleague of mine, has two women and possible a male who might have rosemary poisoning as well. They would like to use our lab so we can find a cure." she said. Brandon nodded and said, "Thats fine." Desi shook her head. "These are Vamps." Desi said seriously. Aleck Junai and Brandon all turned their heads to pay attention. "What did you say?" Junai asked. "Vampires. 2 possible three have rosemary poisoning. Here are there charts." Desi said. She handed them to Brandon. Brandon read them:

Brandon read the report again and again. The description was like Tyleya and Adora. "Sir?" Desi asked. "These people will die soon. I need a decision." Junai spoke up, "Desi. Brandon needs the approval of the consul." "They can come. Set up a meeting with the House leaders only. I want them to feel that there people are safe with us. Set them up on this floor as well there are a couple of rooms. I want them to be completely safe. Maybe if we have a good relationship with them, then Gavin's dream can become a reality." Brandon said. Desi was shocked. "Ok i will call them that we will do it." she said. Desi then walked out of the office. She pulled out her cell phone and called Kevin. "Kevin speaking." he said on the other end. "Its a go." Desi said excitedly.

I can't let her die." Aleck said excitedly. "Thats why i wont wait for the consuls approval." Brandon said. "Especially if Tyleya is dying,"

Mila woke up the next day. She saw the suns rays shine through the room. She also felt someone holding her. She smiled. Then it hit her. She looked over and saw Zack sleep. "Oh god." she said lowly. She tried to get away but he held her tighter. "Zack let me go." she said. Zack smiled slightly. "Not until I'm done with you." he said. Mila was stuck there was no way out her situation. She felt so dirty. In bed with her brother. "Zack you know this is against the rules." she cried. "All the more reason to do it." he said. She felt him getting hard. He supported himself over her. She started crying. "Zack please...."

She was about to walk away when she heard some one say, "Fuck me harder, Zack. Fuck your sister!" Junai almost threw up in her mouth. She opened the door slightly and saw Mila and Zack. "Soon i will be Alpha! And you will be my bitch! Guess what Mila! I killed Gavin." Junai walked away from the door and sneaked out the apartment. She stood in the hall holding her breath. She saw a bin and threw up in it. Junai walked to her room and threw up some more in the toilet.

Aleck was so worried about Adora. She was dying. "Brandon. I love her. I know thats sorta wrong. But i do. I never felt this way about anyone." he said to Brandon after Junai left. Brandon looked at Aleck. "You and i cannot have any sexual contact with Tyleya or Adora while there here. It could start a war. We don't want that." Brandon said. Aleck looked at his friend. "Tyleya has the shortest time." Aleck stated. Brandon put his head in his hands. He didn't quite think about that. He hadn't known her long. But her feistiness and personality was wonderful. He wanted to get to know her better. But Mila messed all that up. Just then Junai slammed in. "Junai what's wrong?" Aleck asked. Junai was trying to catch her breath. "Zack and Mila were......fucking each other, and Zack said he killed Gavin." she said. "Thats gross." Brandon said. "That sorta hot. Whose room?" Aleck said. Brandon and Junai both looked at him. "I'm joking." Aleck said. "He said he killed him? I will tell Desi to look for anything that resemble Zack's DNA on Gavin." Brandon said. "This has become more complicated." Junai said.
Chapter 23: Vamp
Tyleya got up from the conference table. Amalia ran over and smacked her. Tyleya slammed into the wall. "AMALIA!" Gregory yelled. Tyleya threw up blood. Xian ran to help her. Tyleya shook him off. "I didn't know the rivalry was this strong." he said. "You don't know anything. Just what you want." Tyleya said angry. Xian flinched, he was hurt by that remark. "I'm sorry." he said. Amalia ran to hit Tyleya again. Before she could get there Adora kicked her and made her fly through the room. Amalia skidded on the floor. Adora shook her head and her hair flowed. She looked like a goddess with her eyes glowing. "For what you have done, Amalia, you punishment will be decided before the day is over." Gregory said. Tyleya walked towards her sister and gave her hand to help her up. Amalia looked at Tyleya. "You really are sick, aren't you? I never could get a hit off you." she said sadly. Though Amalia hated Tyleya, she still cared about her. She took her hand. Tyleya helped her up. Tyleya looked at her sister. She put her hand on her head. "Little Princess. Remember i use to call you that." Tyleya asked. Amalia had tears in her eyes. Memories of when Tyleya and her use to be close, flooded in. Now looking at her, in the condition she was in, when she usually was strong hurt even more. Tyleya smiled and then she started to get dizzy. She started falling. "Tyleya!" Amalia yelled. She caught Tyleya. "We have to do something." Amalia said.

Xian knew this was coming. He turned around. "What right do you have-" Gregory started. Cecilia looked at him. He stopped himself. Cecilia walked over to Xian and put her hand on his shoulder. "Sit down." she said gently. He sat down. Cecilia, Gregory and Grady sat down. Kristi left. "Xian what happened?" Cecilia asked. Xian took a deep breath. He told the whole story. Gregory getting madder the more he heard. "Darling." Cecilia said, "You can't do that. Do you know how thin the relationship is between Tyleya and Amalia? This is the way they are. They care when the other one is hurt or in danger. Soon as Tyleya get better they will hate each other again. You seem like a fine young man and if we could let you and Tyleya be together, we would. She seems to like you to some extent and I'm sure it would turn into love. But Tyleya has wit and brains. She has diplomatic skills. She knows how to run this house with out us. Amalia never took an interest in these things. She is a pleasure seeker. She gets it from his side of the family." she said. "Hmph!" Gregory said. "Also though Tyleya and Amalia are sisters and they came out of me, Amalia is not my blood. Its complicated to explain. To put it simply, Gregory's first wife was my best friend. When she died she wanted her eggs to be put in me. I obliged. When i got pregnant Kevin put Nydia's eggs in at the same time. He made it so that she would look somewhat like me but still had Nydia's genes as well. He is quite the scientist. Amalia is her daughter and Tyleya is mines. The girls don't know that." Cecilia explained. "I didn't know."

"Cuz Tyleya and Adora will die." Michael said. Adora sat there holding Tyleya's hand. Tyleya was going in and out of it. "Brandon....." she kept saying. Michael looked and Adora's. Kevin shot Tyleya with something that calmed her. "Brandon is...." Kevin began. "No. Don't say anything.." Michael ordered. Adora felt her heart start hurting. She held her chest. "Its starting to get to you isn't it?" Kevin asked. Adora looked at Kevin and nodded. They drove to the heart of Toronto. Finally they got to a 13 story building. It was nicely decorated. Right next to it was a restaurant called THE SOUL. Drew said, "I think this is it, man." A man directed them where to go. They headed for the garage. Drew parked. Suddenly men surrounded the car. "GET OUT OF THE CAR!" they yelled. Adora cracked her knuckles. "Lets-" she started. "No. You aren't in any condition to fight anyone." Kevin said. Drew got out the car. The made him get on the ground. Then they opened Adora's door and pulled her out. Then Tyleya. "Hurry up Bitch!" one of them yelled. "She's sick!" Kevin yelled. Tyleya tried to get out faster but on smacked her. Amalia who had been silent for the whole trip there, punched the guy in the head. "Leave my sister alone. I'm the only one who can hit her!" she yelled. Suddenly another one came and said, "STOP! WHAT THE F*** IS YOUR PROBLEM!" They all stopped. "Sir let us explain." one said. The new person got out his gun and shot them, but not fatally. He can over and picked up Tyleya. "I'm apologize profusely." he said. Adora recognized his voice. Another person came. It was a woman. "Hand her to me." she said gently. The woman and Michael looked at each other. She smiled slightly. Then the man came over and picked Adora up. "Hey sexy. You miss me?" he asked. Adora looked and saw it was Aleck. "Hey...." she said before she passed out.
Chapter 24: Wolf
Brandon got his things together. He was going to meet Tyleya's parent and Adora's cousin. He decided he wanted them to trust him and his pack. He also explained to everyone what was going on. The consul was upset, but he didn't care how they felt. He hoped in his car and drove to the House. He took Charles with him since Aleck had to take care of the Vamps that were coming.
They drove though until they got to the mansion. "Hey i got your back." Charles said. Brandon and Charles got out the car. No one was outside. "I guess we ring the doorbell." Brandon said. Charles chuckled. Brandon rang the doorbell. He waited until someone opened the door. He had blonde hair and pale skin. "May i ask who you are sir?" he aske politely. "Brandon of the Lucuin Clan. I am the leader of the den where Tyleya and Adora are staying." Brandon said. The man smiled and invited them in.
Brandon looked around. Its was a beautiful house. It had a antique feel. Finally a woman came up and said, "Brandon. I am Cecilia the Lady of the house. We have been expecting you. Would you follow me?" she said. Tyleya looked like her. But Cecilia had a beauty that her daughter didnt have...experience maybe?
Brandon and Charles followed Cecilia. Everyone stared at them as they walked by. Finally they got to the conference room. There was a older man and a younger man in the room. The younger man was smiling. Before they walked in a man came up. "I want to be part of this." he said. "No Xian. You can't be. This doesn't concern you. Tyleya doesn't concern you either." Cecilia said firmly. Then she politely let Brandon and Charles in. Leaving Xian out. "Sit down," she said. Brandon and Charles sat. He look at the elder man. He saw where Tyleya got some of her features. But she looked more like her father. He then looked at the other man in the room. He looked like Adora. Maybe her brother.
"Welcome to House Vendega and Malfess." Cecilia said sitting down. "Thank you." Brandon said. "My name is Grady Malfess, and This is Gregory Vendega and his wife Cecilia." Grady said. Then Gregory said, "We appreciate your generosity. You are the young man who became leader of Shia clan recently. Gavin was the leader and Luciun was leader before. In fact, Luciun was the last Wolf who step foot in this house over some 200 years ago. Rules were much stricter than now." Brandon nodded. "I wanted you all to know that your people are perfectly safe." Brandon said. "Thats nice to know." Cecilia said. Suddenly Brandon's phone rang. "Excuse me. Hello?" he said. He listened. "I will be right there." he said, his voice on edge. "I apologize but i must go. I know this is really rude but something came up. Please excuse me." Brandon said. Gregory looked annoyed but Cecilia seem to understand. "Maybe we can postpone this until later, Tomorrow." she suggested. "The day after tomorrow. I must bury Gavin?" he asked. "Thats just fine." Grady said.

Junai picked Tyleya up from Aleck. Tyleya looked up at her. "Hi there." Tyleya said weakly. Junai looked at her. Junai could see why Brandon was stuck on her. She carried her to the elevator. "Brandon will be pissed when he find out Tyleya was hurt," Junai said lowly. They all went to the 13th floor. Junai got Tyleya to a room to her bed, which happen to be linked to Brandon's room. Junai was thinking...this wasnt a good idea putting her here. "Don't worry Junai. Kevin or Myself or a doctor will be here with her."
Junai watched as Tyleya got IV's put in. She examined the girl. She was beautiful. She saw bit's of Michael in her. Suddenly a young woman came in. "Will she be ok?" she asked. Junai looked and saw a girl who looked alot like Tyleya. "Yeah Amalia. If we can get to her in time." Kevin said.

Mila and Zack were still intertwine with. Zack heard some commotion outside. He got up and went out of his apartment. "What's going on?" he asked. One woman stopped and kept looking at his..."What is going on?" he asked again. She shook herself our her daze. "Brandon has Vamps here." she said. "WHAT?!" he said.

Aleck ran to pick up Tyleya since she was hurt the most. Junai followed him and took her from his hands. He looked at Adora and picked her up. "Hey sexy? You miss me?" he asked. Adora looked at him. She had a funny look in her eyes. "Hey..." she said before she blacked out. "We need to hurry." Aleck yelled. He ran after Junai. They went to the 13th floor. He took her to a room. He sat next to her. Since the doctors were prepping Tyleya since she was sicker Adora had to wait.
Chapter 25: Vamp
Gregory sat there as he watched Brandon leave. "What is wrong with these young people?" he asked. "Question?" Grady said, "What about this Xian and Tyleya situation?" he asked. "He really wants her doesn't he?" Cecilia commented. "Over my dead body will i let him have her. He practically raped her." Gregory said. "He saved her in a way." Cecilia said. "But he took advantage of her! I rather that Wolf have her than that bloodsucking, opportunist." Gregory yelled. Grady laughed. "Grady don't encourage him." Cecilia said lightly hitting Grady.

Kevin hooked IVs to Tyleya. "She looks pretty bad." Desi commented. "Yeah. She isn't stable." he said. Tyleya's body started shaking. "She's going into shock!" Desi yelled. She pulled out a syringe and put it into Tyleya. Finally her body settled. "We have her stable. We have to keep her here until we find a cure." Kevin said. Desi looked at Kevin. "I can keep her alive for awhile but we have to work fast. Let's check on Adora." she said

Amalia sat there next to Tyleya. It was killing her that she was laying there lifeless though her heartbeat was still beeping over the monitor. She had to leave because it was too much to see. She got up and sat outside Tyleya's room.

Michael came and looked at Tyleya. She was sleeping. "You ok Mali?" he asked Amalia. "No. But i will be." she said lowly. Michael bend over one one knee so he could be eye to eye with Amalia. "Its going to be ok. But I'd suggest you prepare for the fact that she could die. You need to be more responsible. How could they consider you as leader if you continue to waste your time on stupid vices. You are better than that. You mother was better than that." he said Amalia's eyes watered. "She is better than that. I will try to be a better person." Amalia said. Michael forgot Amalia didnt know about her real mother. He kissed her cheek and walked away.

Adora was laying there as they prepped her. "Is Tyleya ok?" she asked. Desi smiled. "If everything goes as i hope she will be." she said. Aleck was sitting next to Adora. "Aleck what am i gonna do without Ty. She's my best friend." she said sadly. Aleck held her hand. He didn't know what to say. So he did what all good men do when they are lost for words. "The consul has no jurisdiction in China. It will take them awhile to find us. Michael only saw the House in Beijing. There are other places we could stay. I will have Tyleya. I wont be made a fool of." Xian said.

Tyleya felt worst. But at least she was consciences for the moment. She looked over from her bed and saw a glass vase of Blood Red Iris'. Her heart started to hurt because on Brandon knew about her flower. She laid back and closed her eyes.
Chapter 26: Wolf
Zack tried to go on the 13th floor. Five wolves were standing there. "Move. I am on the consul." he said. "We have orders by the Alpha not to let anyone on the 13th floor. Even members of the consul." Von said. He was head of the guard. "I am on the consul." Zack yelled again. "And he is the Alpha who can desolve you pitiful consul. No one except authorized persons are allowed. You are not authorized so you are not to be on the 13th floor.
Zack slammed off. He was angry. He went back to his apartment. He looked in his bedroom and saw Mila sleep. He smiled. He had an idea to over throw Brandon without having to share anything. He would bring a new era to wolves. The first thing he would do is kill Brandon.

Brandon left the house and got in his car. "What happened boss?" Charles asked. Brandon sat there. Then he slammed his hand on the dashboard. "I told them to take care of the Vamps coming to visit. Those Delta's beat them up. Tyleya...." he stopped. Charles didn't say anything. "Who is Tyleya?" Charles asked. Brandon didn't answer. He turned the ignition an drove off. He stopped by a florist. "What are you doing here boss?" Charles asked. "Nothing that is important." he said. He got out and walked in and saw what he was looking for. Blood Red Iris'. "Sir these are very rare. Imported from Africa." the Associate said. "I'll buy a dozen of them." Brandon said.
He got them wrapped and paid. Then he got them and hopped in his car. He drove on to the den. He pulled in to the garage and got on the elevator Charles parked his car. Brandon pressed 13. He was so anxious to see Tyleya. Finally the he got to the 13th floor. Von and his crew was read. "Where are they?" Brandon asked. "The woman Adora is in the outer rooms. Tyleya is in the room next to yours." Von answered. Brandon's face screwed up. "Just my luck." he said to himself.
He walked on to her room with flowers in his hands. The floor was quiet. Everyone probably gone. He finally got to her room. He almost cried at the sight of her. She looked dead. The only reassurance was the monitor with her heartbeat. He walked over and placed the flowers into a glass vase. He then sat by her bed in the chair. "I believe that the treatment she got from your men made it worst." Michael said from the door. "I plan to take care of that." Brandon said. He put his hand on Tyleya's hand. It felt so small in his. Chapter 27: Vamp
Kevin was in the lab with Desi. They were trying different forms of a cure. "Maybe if we try Formula #3." Desi suggested. "No because, they are Vamp. They wont be able to handle the formula. We have to try something else." he said. They kept working.

Adora had the IV's still in but her shirt was button down. Aleck went to the bed and looked at her. "Help me take this off?" she asked. He unbuttoned her shirt. He then pulled back the covers and put his fingers on the button of her pants. "Are you sure?" he asked. Adora nodded. He, getting the ok, unbuttoned and unzipped her pants. He gently pulled them off. He then got her bra off. "You do that well." She joked. Aleck went red. He took off his pants and shirt, boxers and shoes. He then got on top of her. He then looked at her deep violet eyes. "Adora. I love you. I'm not just saying that either. I really do love you. I think i will for the rest of my life." he said. Adora was shocked. Michael kept being prodded and stuck. They were trying to figure out why he was ok though his heartbeat was slow. After being chased for about and hour by doctors he found a room and locked it. "Phew! Parasites!" he exclaimed. He heard a shower going. He wanted to see who it was but he wasn't a pervert....much. He quietly walked to the bathroom door. "What if its a guy?" he asked himself. He laughed silently to himself. He cracked the door. His mouth dropped. It was Junai. She was showering. Michael almost blew his load right there. He had to decide if he would join her or not. His two minds were warring with each other. Finally his bigger mind won. He walked in silently and took his clothes off.

Feng sat in his room. Tyleya was a beauty, but the length that Xian would in his opinion was crazy. Defying the consul. That wasn't the greatest idea. He had to find a way to stop him. This was going too far. Besides he missed his mate Calima. Feng had to find a way.

Kevin looked at Adora and her tests. "She is better?" he said. Desi looked up. "I know." she said. "How? Why?" he asked. Desi looked at her papers. "Love." she said. Kevin was oh so confused. "What?" he asked. Desi got up from her desk. She showed him some tests. "This is her charts when we brought her in." she said. The charts were abnormal. "This is after 2100 hrs." she explained. Tyleya woke up. She saw she wasn't in her House. She slowly tried to sit up. "Whoa. Be careful." he said. "Brandon?" she said. She looked at him. He smiled at her. "How you feeling?" he asked. "I'm tired." she said weakly. He sat next to her. He sniffed her. "You don't smell like you. You have another smell to you." he said. Tyleya looked away. "Xian isn't it?" he asked. She still looked away. Brandon looked hurt. "I didn't want to." she said. "Did you like it?" he asked hard. Tyleya couldn't answer. She did. But she didn't. Brandon looked angry. "At least i didn't have a girlfriend on the side." she said sarcastically. Brandon got angrier. He went to the door and slammed it. "She isnt my girlfriend." he yelled. Tyleya then looked around. "Did you kidnap me? Where am i?" she asked. She forgot everything that happened. "You don't know?" he asked. Tyleya finally got the strength and the anger to get up. She walked over to Brandon and slapped him. "Thats for making me think you even cared." she said. "That is the second time you slapped me. I dont like it and you wont do it again." he yelled. She slapped him again. She turned around and said lowly, "Bitch." Brandon got so upset he grabbed her. "Let me go!" she yelled. He smiled. "We will see who the bitch is." he said dangerously low.
Chapter 28: Wolf/Vamp (Updated)
Junai had to take a shower. She went to one of the spare bedrooms. She went to the bathroom and slipped out of her clothes. She turned the shower knob and got in. She was feeling the impurities roll off her. Junai felt like someone was watching her. Because of her exhaustion, she was trying to smell who it was. Then heard someone open the shower glass door. She turned around. "Michael!" she yelled. He rested his hands on her waist and kissed her lips. His kiss was as if he hadn't made love to her the day before. She was so turned on by him. His hands explored her body. Junai was elated by his touch. He then pulled away from her lips and looked into her eyes deeply. "Michael," Junai whispered, "You shouldn't be here." Michael grinned at her. "I know. In fact, i wasn't trying to find you." he said. He pulled her closer and nibbled her ear. Junai was trying to control herself. Zack found a way to the 13th floor. It reeked of Vamps. Now Zack didnt exactly hate Vamps. Just in the Den. It was not what he wanted or liked. The one good friend he had as a Vamp was Xian. Xian knew what Zack was trying to accomplish, and said he would help him in anyway he could. Zack sat in the long hallway waiting for an opportunity or and idea to kill Brandon. But when Xian came around the corner, upset no less, he knew this was his opportunity.
Chapter 29: Vamp
Xian decided to see if Tyleya was better. He drove by himself to the den. Most Vamps were repulsed by being in close proximity with wolves. But he had some wolf friends in China. He even had some here in Toronto. Zack was a really good friend but he didn't know what Den he stayed. His sister Mila was with Feng before Calima came along.
Xian pulled into the garage. He parked the car and went to the elevator. "You are?" the guard asked. "Xian Shi. Tyleya Vendega is my sister-in-law." The guard looked suspicious. Xian then said, "I'm going on the elevator." The guards pupils dialated, "Your going on the elevator." he repeated like a drone. Xian got on. He pushed 13. Xian thought of the things he'd say to Tyleya. Nothing seem to come to mind on how he would apologize to her. Finally the doors opened. He walked on through without trouble. He went to her room. He could feel her nearby. Xian walked to her room. The door was locked. Her forced the lock through his power and the door unlocked. He walked in. He saw Tyleya's pants on the floor. He felt uneasy. She wasn't there. All that was there was her pants, an unmade bed and a beautiful vase with flowers inside. Xian then her moans coming from another room. He walked to investigate. He made it to a door. and it was the bathroom. He went to the door on the other side. He then cracked the door. Horrors of Horrors he saw Tyleya and a man making love like they were the only two people in the world. He looked at her face. She was in love with this man. Xian had to hold his heart. Then when this man turned her over he changed, and bite her, sealing the mating ritual, Xian had to leave. He walked away to the other bedroom. He walked up to the vase and saw the note said: From: Brandon. To: Tyleya. I love you more than life itself. Get better. Xian felt a rage he hadn't felt in centuries. He took the vase and threw it. Broken Glass. He stomped out the room, planning revenge. "I will have her." he kept repeating in his mind. Suddenly Zack appeared. Xian smiled. The fates must have favored him.

Tyleya fell asleep in his arms. She loved how his arms made her warm. She looked up at him and saw he was sleep. She pulled away and got up and put on her clothes. She ran to her bedroom and put her pants on. She decide to go out the room. She felt alot better. Whatever Kevin and Desi did it worked. She wondered the halls. She then felt a hand cover her mouth. She tried to scream but he was stronger than her. She saw that he pulled her to the elevator. Then went down. "Keep moving and you will regret it." he said. She stayed silent. "Brandon." she thought, "Help me."

Amalia sat in the room she was given. She was lonely. She left the room. She looked for Michael. He was nowhere to be found. Finally she found Drew. "I'm bored." she complained. "I'll keep you company." he said. She notice he didn't say it sexually. They sat on a sofa in the hall. "You know. Everyone thinks I'm a slut. They might be right. I mean i do stupid stuff." she said. She felt the need to unload how she felt. Drew listened to everything she said. Finally she began to cry. "I wish Tyleya and i were closer. I wish Xian didn't make things worst." she finished. Drew felt bad for her. He held her hand. Suddenly they saw Xian walking by. Amalia was puzzled. "What is he doing here?" she asked. He looked her way and smiled. It was a sinister smile that scared Amalia. He got on the elevator.

Michael watched Junai as she sleep. He wished they could always be that way. Together, in love, with no conflict. Michael suddenly felt like something wasn't right. He sat up quickly. "Baby what is it?" Junai asked half sleep. "Tyleya is gone." he said. He got up and got dress. Junai was ahead of him and was out the door. They headed for Tyleya's room. As they got to Tyleya'a room. Von ran to Junai. "Junai.....The High Wolf Consul is here.....all 30 of them. And i think Zack called them."
Chapter 30: Wolf
Zack saw Xian come around the corner. "Xian." Zack said. Xian looked at Zack. "Zack. Who is Brandon?" Zack smiled. "The Alpha of this den. Why?" he asked. "Because he is right now sleeping with Tyleya right now. Tyleya is my sister in law to be." Xian grated. "Sounds like you want her for yourself." Zack said. "I do but this guy..." Xian broke off. Suddenly Zack and Xian sees Tyleya wondering around the floor. "That's her. No wonder Brandon lost his head. I'll help you if you help me." Zack said to Xian. Xian thought a minute. "Deal. I have a SUV parked with men inside." Xian said. Zack got up and snuck up behind her and grabbed her. He pulled her to the elevator. She struggled. "If you keep moving you will regret it." he said. Finally the elevator goes to the Garage. The SUV hurried to the elevator. Zack put her in. Tyleya kicked him. Zack got angry and slapped her face. "Take her to where Xian told you to. Watch out, she's strong." he said. The SUV sped off. Zack smiled as everything seemed to fall into place.

"She's gone." Adora said lowly.

"Where is she?" Adora asked. "I...I dont know. We were in my room but she got up and thats the last time i saw her." Brandon said frustrated. Brandon was so upset he slammed his hand on the writing desk, and broke it. Suddenly Junai and Michael ran in. "Brandon....the counsul is here......all 30." she gasped. Brandon thought for a second. Adora's phone rang. "Malfess." she answered. "Dori.....Xian kidnapped Tyleya's and a wolf guy helped him. And now about 10 cars showed up outside. Drew thinks its the High Consul of the Wolf." Amalia said quickly. "Where are you?" Adora asked. "Across the street." she said. "We will try to meet you there." Adora said. Then she hung up. "Xian....i should have known. " she said. "Look. There is a door right here. Its a back stairs down the building. If you take a left when you get to the bottom you will end up behind "The Soul." Juni....take Adora and Micheal, with you to House Vendega. " he said. "I'll stay here" Micheal said. "Tell Auntie Ceci. She will know what to do." he said to Adora. Brandon looked at Junai.
Chapter 31: Vamp
Xian casually went on the elevator. As the door close he saw Amalia and Drew. He smiled a haughty smile and the doors closed. The elevator went down. He got on his phone. "Take her to the airport. Don't hurt her. But restrain her until i get there." he said. He got to the gargage to his car. He drove off to the airport, Seeing her with Brandon put him over the edge. He was angry but smiling because he had her. The one he wanted. Not Amalia. But Tyleya.
He finally got to the airport. He drove to the private airstrip. Xian got out of his car and walked to the private jet. "Sir she proved to be a struggle." one of his men said. Xian looked around and saw four of his men on the ground. "I see she was," Xian commented. He walked into the jet. He looked and saw Tyleya tied up on the floor. Sh
e was clearly upset. He pulled her up so she was sitting up. "We are headed to China. This is your fate. Forget about your family. Forget about your friends. Forget about him. Your home is in China with me." he explained calmly. Her eyes widen. "You will be comfortable with me. Stop resisting." Xian finished. He then untied her and sat her in the seat. He tried to use his powers of persuasion on her. She was strong though. She wasnt a pawn of the Vendega. She was a Vendega. He was able to calm her down though. The plain took off.

Tyleya looked down and saw an airstrip. She also saw a Mansion. It was huge. "Where are we?" she asked. "China. In a provance a thousand miles from Lanzhou. Though he bite you sealing mating. Because of the distance he can hear you, and you cant hear him." he explain.
The plane landed. He stood up and offered his hand to help her up. She refused it. His man handed him a long fur coat. Xian put it over her. "Its cold." he explained. Then he put his arm around her and ushered her out of the plane. She walked slowly. Tyleya was angry. He took her away from all she loved. He was powerful. Maybe more than her father. He walked her into the mansion. "Are you hungry?" he asked. She didnt answer. He took her through the house. "You are mines Tyleya. You need to get use to it, I know your upset. But this is how it is. I will never mistreat you. But you time here will be miserable." he explained. A woman came towards them. "Mei take her to the room prepared for her." he said. Mei took her up the stairs to a beautiful room. "If you need anything. Let me know." Mei said. Mei left the room. Tyleya looked for way to escape. She saw a door that lead outside to the balcony. Tyleya opened the door headed to the balcony. She looked down. It was a huge cliff. So far down that she couldnt see the bottom. Fog covered the bottom. The reality set in. She was trapped and there was no way out. Tears rolled down her face. "Brandon.....save me..." she cried.
Chapter 32: Wolf
Back in Canada
Adora and Juni ran down the 13 flights of step. Finally they went to the exit and was behind the Resturaunt. Juni and Adora walked casually to the other side of the street. They saw Drew and Amalia in a car. "What is going on?" Amalia asked. Juni got on the driver side. "Move." she said to Drew. "Now wait a minute..." he started until she started glaring at him. "Moving." he said hesitativly. He went to the back seat while Juni sat in the driver seat. She drove off fast. She remembered where the House was. "I can't believe he just took her." Adora said lowly.
They finally came up to the House. Amalia got out and ran to the door. "MOM!!!" she yelled. Her mom appeared. She was crying. "Mom?" she asked. "Your father died suddenly. We can't begin to explain it." she wiped her eyes. "Dad...." Amalia said. "Auntie Ceci? Xian took Tyleya. We dont know where she is though. And now Micheal is at the Den and the wolf counsul is there. Its a mess." Adora said just coming in. Grady walked into the room along with Feng. "Why aren't you with Xian?" Drew asked. Rika came in with some swords. "Thank Rika. I'm getting my nephew back, and my daughter." she said lowly. She looked outside and saw Juni walk towards her. "Hello your grace." Juni said. "Your Grace. Call me Ceci. Your Viktor's little firecracker arent you. Micheal's reason for getting exiled. Let's not waste anymore time."
Chapter 33: Vamp
Micheal, Aleck and Brandon were in lockdown. "That bastard Zack." Aleck said. Micheal remembered Zack. He wanted Junai for his own ends to advance and almost got Junai executed in the process.
After about 2 hours the lockdown was opened. Desi was standing there. "Come on. Brandon you must thank me." she said seriously. "What happened?" Brandon asked. "Well....." Desi began.
Junai got in the car with Ceci, Adora, and Grady. Ceci drove like hell on wheels. Junai always had respect for Ceci. She sat there wondering if Michael, Brandon, and Aleck were ok. Finally they got to the den. "What's the plan, Cecilia?" Grady asked. "The front door." Ceci said. Grady shook his head. "Tyleya is reckless like you." he said. They got out and walked in the front door. Ceci had her sword out ready to strike, in broad daylight. After they walked in everyon started to growl. "Stop it all of you!" Junai said. Mila came out. "I'm the Alpha here." she said smiling. "Junai...handle your business." Cecilia said. Junai ran towards Mila. Changing as she ran. She leaped and went for Mila's throat. Mila didnt change quick enough. Junai had her thraot and riped it out. Everyone took a step back. "WHO IS ALPHA!" she yelled. All the wolves howled. "Release my brother!" she said. Two of them left. Junai, Ceci, Grady and Adora went on the elevator.
When they got off the Consul had Zack on the floor. Brandon Micheal and Aleck where there as well. Aiden, the oldest and leader of the consul said, "Zachary you are charged with the Murder of Gavin, Kidnaping the Vamp Princess and sexual relations with your sister." Zack was upset. "I should have been leader!" he yelled. "Take him away. His execution will be sunlight in the sub sahara where no vamp has survived." Aiden said. They took him awa.
Junai ran and hugged Micheal, and Adora did the same for Aleck. Brandon was upset. "I will find her." he said. Ceci came up to Brandon. "Do you love my daughter?" she asked. He nodded. "Go find her and bring her back and we will see what we can do." she said. "Wait. We havent had mixing in years!" a wolf said. "Maybe its time for change." Aiden said.
Chapter 34: Vamp
Somewhere in the highlands of China, a young woman said everyday and everynight, "Brandon save me......"
